02Product information
Specifications, test results and photographs are provided for general guidance. Performance depends on configuration, glass, installation and site conditions. Always confirm the values for your project in our written quotation and shop drawings.
Certificates shown on this site relate to the tested specimens and system configurations named in each report.
03Estimates and quotations
The online estimator returns indicative ranges only. It is not an offer and does not bind either party. A quotation becomes binding only when issued in writing by our export team with a reference number and validity date.
Prices are quoted in the currency and Incoterm (usually FOB Foshan or CIF destination port) stated on the quotation.
04Your submissions
When you upload drawings or project details, you confirm you are entitled to share them. We use them only to prepare your quotation and will not disclose them to third parties except our processors and, if you order, the freight and inspection partners involved.
Do not upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the site. We may block access that looks automated or abusive.
05Intellectual property
The ARCVIEW name, logo, profile designs, photographs, catalogue and text are owned by or licensed to Foshan Arcview Aluminium Systems Co., Ltd.. You may download the catalogue and certificates for evaluating our products; any other reproduction requires our written permission.

Links to certification bodies, test labs and other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
07Liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be negotiated in good faith; failing agreement within 60 days, they shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of the country where they live.
