About ARCVIEW
ARCVIEW is a vertically integrated aluminium window and door manufacturer in Nanhai, Foshan. We extrude, coat, machine, glaze and test every system under one roof — and ship to distributors, contractors and developers in 63 countries.
01 — About ARCVIEW
ARCVIEW started in 2008 as a two-press extrusion shop supplying profiles to local fabricators. Our founder, a former mill engineer, saw overseas buyers paying European prices for Chinese profiles that had passed through three trading companies — and no one able to answer a technical question.
So we built the whole chain ourselves: our own dies and extrusion, a Qualicoat powder line, CNC fabrication and glazing, then the engineering team and test reports that importers need to get permits. Today the plant covers 68,000 m² and fabricates 1.2 million m² of windows, doors and curtain wall a year.
What has not changed is the way we sell: factory-direct, with engineers on every quote, test reports shared before you order, and a named project manager from drawing to installation.
02 — Milestones
2008
Founded in Nanhai, Foshan with two extrusion presses and a 4,000 m² workshop.
2011
Vertical powder coating line commissioned; Qualicoat licence granted.
2014
First CE initial type testing and first containers shipped to Australia.
2017
Middle East office opened in Dubai to support consultants and contractors.
2019
NFRC ratings and NAFS testing open the North American market.
2021
Moved into the current 68,000 m² plant with a 3,600 t extrusion press.
2024
C80 Tilt-Turn certified as a Passive House component.
2026
1.2 million m² annual capacity and 120+ distribution partners.
03 — How we work
Every system we quote has a third-party lab report behind it. You receive the reports before you pay a deposit — not after.
Extrusion, coating, fabrication and glazing happen in one plant, so there is never a supplier further down the chain to blame.
Quotes come from our façade engineers, not a sales script. Technical questions get a technical answer within one working day.

Li Wei spent nine years running extrusion presses for a state-owned aluminium mill before founding ARCVIEW in 2008 with two presses and a 4,000 m² workshop. He still signs off every new die design and sets the export strategy for 63 countries.
Head of Façade Engineering

Chen leads a 46-person team of engineers and draftsmen responsible for system design, structural calculations, thermal simulation (THERM / Flixo) and shop drawings. She has engineered windows for cyclonic Queensland, Gulf high-rises and Canadian −35 °C winters.
