The challenge
A 142-key hotel with a fixed opening date, 50°C summer façade temperatures, sandstorms and Dubai Civil Defence approval. Units had to arrive floor-by-floor to match the fit-out programme — not all at once.

Our solution
- 01
C80 thermal casement with solar-control Low-E glass, keeping the SHGC under 0.28 for the Dubai Green Building Regulations.
- 02
AA20 Dark Bronze anodising instead of powder coating, so the colour holds under year-round UV.

Nine phased containers, each packed floor-by-floor with unit labels matching the contractor's room schedule.
- 04
Our installation supervisor spent three weeks on site training the contractor's crew.
