What does the price include?

Complete thermally broken aluminium units with standard hardware and the selected glazing, packed in ISPM-15 export crates, FOB Foshan. Sea freight, duties, taxes and installation are not included — use the landed-cost tool for those.

My schedule is in inches or centimetres. Does that work?

Yes. The unit is detected from the headers or the size of the numbers, and you can switch between mm, cm, m and inches on the review step — the table re-scales instantly.

What happens when an opening is larger than a single panel?

The line is flagged. Our engineers split it into several panels, add mullions or design it as an engineered special — the firm quote reflects that.

Is the quote binding?

No. It is an indicative, itemised budget valid for 30 days. A firm quotation follows after an engineer reviews your drawings — usually within 48 hours.

Your files stay private

Files are processed only to extract window sizes and are not stored on our servers or used to train models. PDFs, photos and unstructured sheets are read by the DeepSeek API (data is processed by DeepSeek); spreadsheets with clear columns are read on our own server. Nothing is shared until you choose to send the schedule to us.

It uses our current factory price bands per system, adjusted for opening type, size (with a minimum chargeable area per unit), glazing, finish and volume. Most projects land inside the range; the firm quote can move with wind-load design, special glass, colours or hardware.
